Weekly Gold Rates

This week the gold rates continue to drop, with some sites selling as low as $47/1000. It would appear that the cause of the recent drops in price is due to the 2.1.2 patch. Since players are spending less on consumables there is more gold floating around the economy. The prices have been pretty steady these last few days though so I wouldn’t expect things to get much cheaper. Anyway, on to the list!

For the last few weeks swagvault has been the cheapest in both powerleveling and gold prices, IGXE is new to the blog and it seems this week they are going to be the only competition for swagvault. IGXE has now been added to our list of sites to be reviewed weekly. IGXE has some of the best prices around and they also carry gold for just about every MMO.

Gold Rates – The prices as of today are between $48-$58 for 1000g on most servers. This is a very good deal, they are also running 10% extra gold specials when you buy 2000 or more.
Power Leveling – The power level packages are all very reasonably priced, the 1-70 package includes maxed out first aid and 1000g for $325.

IGXE is also unique compared to most other virtual currency sites because they also sell cd keys for almost every game they sell gold for. It seems prices are continuing to drop this week with most sites going down about $10 for every 1000. Swagvault is still owning everyone else with the lowest prices this week. They still have the best power leveling deal for $127, which gets you from 60-70 and it includes 2000-3000 gold.

WoWmine prices this week

WoWmine prices seem to have dropped a little this week, currently at 1000/$127-$140 depending on server and faction. Looks like its dropped about $10/1000 on all servers since last week. They are still running the $99 level 60-70 power leveling special which also includes 1100g. The 1-70 powerlevel package still hasnt changed at $319.99.

It seems gold4power has some of the cheapest gold this week. On certain servers you can get gold for as low as 1000/$105. For probably 50% of all the wow servers they are selling gold for 1000/$115 as well.

For powerleveling, they are charging $160 for 1-60 and $150 for 60-70, if you did both it would take 24 days and be completed faster than most other sites. The only downside is the extras that come with the package, you get 1000g, all flight paths, and first aid. If you don’t mind be slightly behind on gold and a mount then this is easily the best/fastest powerleveling around.

WoWMine has some great deals on gold this week. For 1000 gold prices seem to range from $137-$150 depending on which server/faction you are.

They also have a very nice deal for power leveling. It seems the price for level 60-70 was cut down to $99, and it also comes with 1100 gold. Meaning you are better off buying this package instead of just getting 1000g! Act quick because it says limited time only. Also, their 1-60 package is sitting at $178 while 1-70 will run you $320. All of the packages include tradeskill bonuses, extra gold, and more.
